Specific Competencies

  • Corporate vision: Diagnoses the legal situation of the individual and business organization, making decisions using validated and relevant information.
  • Legal information processing: Identifies and processes legal information in order to explain problems of human behavior and reality.
  • Specialized communication in law: Communicates specialized messages to different types of audiences to facilitate normative interpretation and social interrelation.
  • Formulation and execution of research projects with legal and social relevance: Performs research work based on the analysis and evaluation of facts with legal and social relevance.
  • Interpersonal skills: Identifies the different types of behavior in conflict situations of legal and social relevance, formulating solution alternatives and determining the relevance of using assertive behaviors.
  • Promotion and defense of Human Rights: Exercises and promotes the defense of Human Rights by applying the theories of Law.
  • Creation, development and improvement of legal institutions: Participates in the creation, development and continuous improvement of laws and legal institutions.
